Our History

Weclome to Long Ray Apparel!

We have been working in shirting industry for one and a half decades. From 2010, we transformed to focus on smaller orders with high quality fabric and more delicate workmanship to meet the uprising demand on quality shirts. For now, we have fully equipped ourselves with following core competence:

1, Dozens of senior workers and designers, growing up with our factory, are quite skillful and faithful and are very sensible to quality shirts;

2, Apart from the basic machines needed for sewing, we have also imported an embroidery machine and an interline insert machines to do all-over taped seams and DP treatment;

3, We also have built very flexible partnership with digital printer, who are very sensible to our demands and response quickly.

With all the advantages stated above, we are quite faithful to go further and grow bigger in the shirting world. We are now intended to develop MTM service with all the models, fabric books and designs we have in hand. Local shirt shop keepers or whole-sellers are welcomed to join us as association. Our aim is to shirt everyone in a expensive but an affordable way.

1, Two factories with around 500 skillful and faithful workers; one with four lines of traditional sewing system with 200 sets of sewing machines; one with four lines of hanging system of 300 sets of sewing machines;

2, 1 automatic spreading system and 1 automatic cutting system;

3, 1 imported JAJIMA embroidery machine;

4, Full set of taping machines;

5, One automatic buttoning machine

Payment Terms

1, For small order under 500pcs, full payment before mass production;

2, For middle sized orders between 500pcs to 10,000pcs, 50% deposit before mass production and 50%balance before shipping;

3, For big sized orders, 30%deposit before mass production and 70% before shipping. Payment method, PayPal, TT, or L/C are acceptable
